CFNI RETURN TO CLASS PLAN
JUNE 15th - We will be starting partial group classes.
To ease back into regular coached classes, we will be starting each class time with instructor led warm up & instructor led teaching component – Everyone will meet in the main space and follow coaches’ instructions (physically distancing).
After this has been completed members will go to their workout stations and will do the training they desire. Masks inside the facility at all times will continue. Please be mindful of class start times.
JULY 1st – Full instructor led classes will resume with continued limited capacity
Masks will not be mandatory during physical activity; however, we are going to ask members to wear masks in common areas and during transition (outside of designated workout space).
We are asking members to do this as a simple act of kindness as this may be a difficult transition for some people. Coaches will continue to wear masks while coaching but may remove during teaching component or when giving instructions.

AUGUST 1st – Removal of designated workout spaces & Masks will be optional at the members discretion.
We will still encourage social distancing, but we want to prep members for the reintroduction of normal operations in Sept.
SEPTEMBER 13th – Fully Opened for all adult and Kids classes as per PreCovid.

Safety is our number one concern, and we fully understand that training youth is very different than training adults. With over 40 years of coaching experience, we know that each age group has different needs and acknowledge that growing bodies require special care and attention to get fitter, faster, stronger. We ensure that our classes are age appropriate, always promoting an environment of fun and hard work. We strive to keep up on our education to be able to give your kids the best youth training facility available in Prince George.
Our workouts are constantly varied, so kids and teens never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited about participating. The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they Push, Pull, Run, Throw, climb, lift and jump. All the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained CrossFit Kids and Brand X Method coaches. When fitness is defined as Broad, Inclusive, and General (B.I.G.) it means that participants will become well-rounded athletes who will be better at any and every sport that they play because Northern ICE Fitness doesn’t just coach them to be good at just one thing.
CF Northern ICE can equally benefit youth who are less active or an accomplished athlete by tailoring workouts so that each participant is challenged just enough to deliver measurable results and personal athletic progress. We aim to prevent childhood obesity by creating an excitement about exercising and providing the foundation for a lifetime of healthy eating by focusing on the importance of good nutrition that complements physical activity.
