PRESCHOOL 3-6 years
GAMES GAMES GAMES!!! Our main focus is to have FUN and use games to teach young athletes foundation movements to everyday physical activity. We teach the A B C's of athletic developments (agility, balance, and coordination) because these are the building blocks to athletic success as children develop. Providing an environment of play to introduce gymnastics-style resistance training with very light external objects, to engage in supervised play that involves fundamental movement skills and the simplest foundational movements, e.g., the squat. All movements are done without weights. To make this clear: We NEVER load preschool-age kids during a workout. NEVER
**Please note - Kids need to be 3 years old at registration.

TEENS - Varsity & Jr. Varsity 13-18 years
Varsity prepares teens for all-around athleticism. They get stronger, faster, more powerful, and more flexible. They learn about performance nutrition, and get set up to be an ‘athlete for life,’ whether within CrossFit, another sport, or just a fitter adult.
Our groups produce athletes – even youth athletes- that have a wide skillset; are excellent at everything without specializing at a particular sport; and enjoy movement for its own sake. In an inclusive atmosphere, workouts are ‘scaled’: kids and teens do challenges that are appropriate for their current level and age. They participate as a group of individuals. They learn trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence unlike anything we’ve ever seen elsewhere.
