With workouts that are scalable, CrossFit Northern ICE can equally benefit a person who is less active or an accomplished athlete by tailoring workouts so that each participant is challenged just enough to deliver measurable results and personal athletic progress. CrossFit Northern ICE is a strength and conditioning program with the aim of improving, among other things, cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. It advocates a perpetually varied mix of aerobic exercise, gymnastics (body weight exercises), and Olympic weight lifting. CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity across broad modal and time domains, with the stated goal of improving fitness. Our Hour-long classes will test your limits and make you want more.

As we age, our fitness needs must adapt to the changing of our bodies and mindset. New to our programming is The Brand X Method training Center. The Brand X Method is extremely beneficial at any age, from children, to teenagers, to adults, and to older adults. Although we love our sport, we recognize that not everyone is comfortable with working out alongside significantly younger, more fitter classmates, especially at high intensity exercises.
