Our Foundations Program consists of 6 ~ One-on-One training sessions with a Personal Trainer (schedule to be determined between you and the Personal Trainer).
Our Foundations Program is mandatory for new to CrossFit or have less than 6 months experience.
Each class consists of a warm-up, skills work, participate in a small workout, then Mobility.
It is the most effective and efficient way to help you get familiar with CrossFit movements in an individual setting, preparing you to join regular CrossFit Classes.
One-on-One training is an effective and efficient way to achieve your individual goals and get the most out of your time in our facility.
We can provide nutritional support, and can assist you with a personalized nutrition plan.
Personal Training is recommended if you’ve been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, are rehabbing from an injury or have significant health/orthopedic limitations or just prefer the individual attention and personal accountability.
With our Personal Training, we will work with you to:
Identify and clarify your goals related to health, fitness and/or sport
Conduct a functional movement assessment
Design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths
